Kristin Hill, Certified Family Nurse Practitioner & Founder of Signature Aesthetics
Kristin Hill is a board-certified nurse practitioner. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from James Madison University in 2008. As a registered nurse, Kristin delivered direct nursing care to a diverse population of patients on medical/surgical units and in the post anesthesia care unit. Kristin earned her Master of Science in Nursing degree from Georgetown University in 2012, graduating with honors, magna cum laude. Kristin has extensive experience providing high quality, evidence based, comprehensive care in internal, geriatric, and corporate occupational healthcare settings. She has served as a clinical mentor and preceptor to students and new graduates in both the registered nurse and nurse practitioner roles. Patients recognize Kristin’s dedication, compassion, and her genuine desire to address their concerns and many have commented on the time and energy she invests in their patient-provider relationships.
Kristin’s personal history of skin care challenges drove her to enter the field of facial aesthetics. In her adolescence years, Kristin suffered from acne and later, hormonal acne, in her young adult years. She is aware of the social and emotional detriment dermatologic conditions can take on one’s self-confidence and self-esteem. Additionally, Kristin has a strong family history of skin cancers, specifically melanoma, and she recognizes the need to not only protect but strengthen the skin barrier. Kristin has made it her mission to help others to improve their skin by developing a simple, easy to follow, individualized regimen of home care, coupled with an aesthetic treatment plan, resulting in a healthy, vibrant complexion. She supports a multidisciplinary approach to achieving the results her patient’s desire.
When Kristin is not in the clinic assisting patients to achieve their aesthetic goals, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three sons. She enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, dancing to live music, and attending sporting events.
Molly Kisiel, Certified Family Nurse Practitioner
Molly is a board-certified nurse practitioner with more than 15 years of experience in oncology care. A Northern Virginia native, she earned her undergraduate degree in nursing from James Madison University in 2009 and went on to complete her Master of Science in Nursing at George Mason University in 2017. She began her career at Inova Health System, where she continues to work, now serving as a Clinical Nurse Educator in Pediatric Hematology/Oncology.
Throughout her career, Molly has been deeply committed to education and patient advocacy. Her background in breast surgical oncology gave her extensive experience guiding patients through treatment, recovery, and survivorship-- an area that also sparked her interest in aesthetics. She understands how subtle enhancements and restorative treatments can improve confidence, well-being, and overall quality of life.
Molly believes in a thoughtful, individualized approach to care, where safety and natural results are always the priority. She values building relationships with her patients and empowering them to feel comfortable and confident in their own skin.
Outside of work, Molly enjoys reading, staying active, spending time with her two daughters, and giving back to the community that has always been home.
Caroline Fenninger, Certified Laser Technician & Spray Tan Artist
After 10 years as a dedicated stay-at-home mom, Caroline Fenninger turned her passion for health and wellness into a career, specializing in advanced skincare and laser treatments. She is committed to helping others discover the power of cutting-edge laser technology to address concerns such as wrinkles, sun damage, and scars. With a deep appreciation for the instant, transformative results these treatments can provide, she believes lasers are an underrated tool in skin rejuvenation. Now, she confidently embraces a simple skincare routine, often relying on just tinted sunscreen.
Caroline joined the Signature Aesthetics team in early 2025, bringing her passion for advanced skincare and laser treatments to help clients achieve radiant, healthy skin. She looks forward to providing personalized care and guiding each client on their unique skincare journey.
When she is not expanding her knowledge of the latest innovations in aesthetics, Caroline enjoys watching true crime documentaries and planning her next laser treatment. Her biggest “aha” moment? Experiencing the FRAX laser on her lips and seeing immediate, natural plumpness.
Kelly Kim, Master Lash & Brow Artist
Signature Aesthetics is thrilled to welcome Kelly Kim, Master Lash & Brow Artist, to our team beginning August 2026.
With 14 years of experience in the eyelash industry, Kelly brings a wealth of knowledge, advanced artistry, and precision to every appointment. Drawing from Korean-inspired techniques and beauty practices, she is known for her meticulous attention to detail and her ability to create customized, natural-looking results that enhance each client’s unique features.
Kelly is passionate about helping clients look and feel their best while providing a relaxing, personalized experience. Her commitment to excellence, continued education, and exceptional client care aligns perfectly with the Signature Aesthetics philosophy.
She looks forward to building lasting relationships with clients in the Clifton community and helping each person achieve beautiful, confidence-boosting results through expert lash and brow services
Alicia Alcaraz, Care Coordinator
With 3.5 years of coordination experience in the anti-human trafficking field, Alicia is excited to bring her skills on to the Signature Aesthetics team. Starting in July 2026, Alicia joined to help support a dynamic team providing stellar personalized care to their patients using a multidisciplinary approach to achieving aesthetic, health, and wellness goals.
She is passionate about connecting people with the best resources for their situation. Think of her as your first point of contact for receiving your personalized treatment plan at Signature Aesthetics. She also loves learning new software and can assist with any tech issue you have on the patient portal.
To practice holistic care in her own life, Alicia spends time reading, meditating, eating dark chocolate, and hiking with her husband and friends. Her recent morning ritual includes a skincare routine and listening to the podcast "Life Wisdom - By Words of Taoism."
