Kristin Hill, Certified Family Nurse Practitioner & Founder of Signature Aesthetics
Kristin Hill is a board-certified nurse practitioner. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from James Madison University in 2008. As a registered nurse, Kristin delivered direct nursing care to a diverse population of patients on medical/surgical units and in the post anesthesia care unit. Kristin earned her Master of Science in Nursing degree from Georgetown University in 2012, graduating with honors, magna cum laude. Kristin has extensive experience providing high quality, evidence based, comprehensive care in internal, geriatric, and corporate occupational healthcare settings. She has served as a clinical mentor and preceptor to students and new graduates in both the registered nurse and nurse practitioner roles. Patients recognize Kristin’s dedication, compassion, and her genuine desire to address their concerns and many have commented on the time and energy she invests in their patient-provider relationships.
Kristin’s personal history of skin care challenges drove her to enter the field of facial aesthetics. In her adolescence years, Kristin suffered from acne and later, hormonal acne, in her young adult years. She is aware of the social and emotional detriment dermatologic conditions can take on one’s self-confidence and self-esteem. Additionally, Kristin has a strong family history of skin cancers, specifically melanoma, and she recognizes the need to not only protect but strengthen the skin barrier. Kristin has made it her mission to help others to improve their skin by developing a simple, easy to follow, individualized regimen of home care, coupled with an aesthetic treatment plan, resulting in a healthy, vibrant complexion. She supports a multidisciplinary approach to achieving the results her patient’s desire.
When Kristin is not in the clinic assisting patients to achieve their aesthetic goals, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three sons. She enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, dancing to live music, and attending sporting events.

Caroline Fenninger, Certified Laser Technician
After 10 years as a dedicated stay-at-home mom, Caroline Fenninger turned her passion for health and wellness into a career, specializing in advanced skincare and laser treatments. She is committed to helping others discover the power of cutting-edge laser technology to address concerns such as wrinkles, sun damage, and scars. With a deep appreciation for the instant, transformative results these treatments can provide, she believes lasers are an underrated tool in skin rejuvenation. Now, she confidently embraces a simple skincare routine, often relying on just tinted sunscreen.
Caroline joined the Signature Aesthetics team in early 2025, bringing her passion for advanced skincare and laser treatments to help clients achieve radiant, healthy skin. She looks forward to providing personalized care and guiding each client on their unique skincare journey.
When she is not expanding her knowledge of the latest innovations in aesthetics, Caroline enjoys watching true crime documentaries and planning her next laser treatment. Her biggest “aha” moment? Experiencing the FRAX laser on her lips and seeing immediate, natural plumpness.
